One concern I did have though was how the cats are protected from potential abusers - I imagine in a busy cafe it's difficult to keep an eye on what every customer is doing. Though hopefully, if the cats have lots of high places they can climb etc., it's easy enough to escape from anyone they don't like. Wow what a fantastic idea, I’d never heard of this before.
